1991: Main & 2nd floor completed

1993: Basement wet area completed

1994: Basement fun areas finished

1995: Terraced rock walls done

1996: Garage rock wall and pond walls done

1998: Workshop completed

1999: Additional rock wall and garden wells completed

2001: Purchase additional lots next door

2002: Trees cut, grading began, and the first of 557 dump truck loads of dirt began moving in. House done in liquid siding and Leaf Guard guttering system added.

2003: Slab poured, walls up, roof completed, wiring & plumbing done, insulation and big doors installed. Ah...moving in day!

2004: New roof installed on house.Cement entrance drive finished. New Flooring & carpet install in house. New heat & air unit completed for the house.

2005: Asphalt completed around the RV Building.

2008: Upstairs & Main Floor Painted

2009: Well, that's up to the new owner!
